Sometimes I wish I had stayed at my old job because the community was better suited for me. Now I realize the work is interchangable and secondary.

@hfrazey @generica hi! Popping into your mentions uninvited, but I have to say, that this point is hard to understate. Your day to day happiness is so much more driven by your relationships with coworkers than it is with the actual content of the work.
