I can't decide if these are the best or the worst but I will probably eat the whole bowl
@hfrazey They are actually the best and also the orange ones are amazing toooo now I want them in my mouth
@stelepami I was coming around to that conclusion when I had to leave. Where do you buy them?
@hfrazey I've seen them at Tim and Tom's Speedy Market on Como Ave in my parents' neighborhood (St Anthony Park) in St Paul. Maybe they are available other places? I haven't looked.
@stelepami I'll admit I have never seen them before and I spend quite a bit of time looking at candy
@hfrazey @stelepami Cost Plus/World Market if you have one of those around, and maybe BB&B which owns them (we have them in Christmas Tree Shops, a weirdly-named part of that family of stores now). Our regional bought-by-Kroger chain in Wichita had them in their fancier stores (what Wichitans describe as "Gucci Dillons" and what I now describe as "Wegmans-aspiring") but I don't know if that's true of other Kroger properties.
I like Ginger People's Gin-Gins also but GP's ginger beer is meh.
@hfrazey Curious: Not being too familiar with ginger candies, what elements push you in which direction?
@photoreceptive the mango and the simplicity of it are so good! The sticky chewiness and the spice of the ginger are kinda not!
@hfrazey me as well
