My BFF from high school is throwing a theatre geek reunion party on 12/29. It's in Indianapolis since lots of them will be going back to IN to see family for the holidays.
I was not planning to be in IN...but I have been dreaming about getting away. If only weather weren't such a big unknown. I have the time to make the drive and even dither a bit on the way there/back.
I'm the only one up and I'm hearing a strange sound and I hope it is the cats in the basement and not a mouse here with me

I've been dealing with SI joint dysfunction for five years and chronic headache since January 2. I'm incredibly grateful to have good health insurance and a a whole team of providers on the case (PT, MT, neuro, ortho, acupuncture, chiro). I'm generally able to stay positive, but feeling exhausted and sad today.
Other people with similar Bones Troubles, have you found any exercises or other therapies particularly helpful? I could use a different outlook today. (Boosts appreciated.)
