An astonidreadful discovery: Razer has a cryptominer that install with their blinkenlights control software that rewards them with Razer Tokens they can exchange for Razer merch.

So many facets of this are appalling that I can't even fathom it.

@lawremipsum I remember hearing about this on a podcast recently and while it's good that it is an explicit thing rather than trying to sneak it in there, it's also shitty, with a bad reward program

@hache yeah it's Good that it's not installed by default, but it's Bad both in and of itself and for what it portends.
