What percentage of city convention delegates will vote to endorse me?

There are about 3300 delegates. I need 60%, or just under 2000 to vote for me to be endorsed.

The two progressive mayoral candidates went into the convention with 935 delegates, I brought 50, and there are about 1300 that went in uncommitted.

The incumbent mayor we are trying to remove started with 721. A big chunk of his voters will hate me, but I will pick off some of these particularly the people that aren't being driven by the conservative endorsements.

Gosh, it's going to be close.

My guess is 60% exactly, with a confidence interval of about ±5%

@lawremipsum It also seems highly unlikely that there's going to be any endorsement by the DFL in the mayor's seat with those numbers.

@paulference almost certainly not. I feel like I will have to out perform the progressive mayoral candidates by poaching some Frey people to get out with an endorsement—but also that that's a feasible thing to do given the obscurity of my race.
