I thought I had really pulled one over on my ADHD and totally managed building a whole routine to do dilations multiple times a day without too much running back and forth between rooms or just straight up forgetting, but I guess my new thing is to START my timer and then when it goes off just dismiss it, go back to what I was doing to kill time, and IMMEDIATELY forget that it went off and whether or not I set a timer. 😕

@lawremipsum @vy fwiw i am a week into using this app and really appreciate how it seems designed for adhd folk: it's a couple bucks but worth it imho, reminders can re-occur and bug you at configurable intervals when they activate, pushing things off is super easy in the UI, it's nice
